What I Do

My work begins with one-to-one conversation, and extends from there as the situation needs.

One-to-one thinking partnership.  A confidential space to think clearly about what you're facing. To test a direction before you take it to anyone else. To work through the decisions you can't quite work through alone. Most engagements run three to six months; some are longer.

Working with the top team. Where it's useful, the work extends into the team you lead. Not team-building. It's closer to surfacing what isn't being said, sharpening shared commitment to direction, and improving how the team actually decides things together. Sometimes a single session. Sometimes a longer piece of work.

Strategic direction. Occasionally the work goes broader — into helping shape the direction itself, or stress-testing it before it's announced. This is where the lines between coaching, advisory and thinking partnership blur, and where my own background in shaping strategy at scale becomes most directly useful.

These aren't three separate services. They're one piece of work that travels outward — from your own clarity, into the team, into the organisation.

Practical. Grounded in experience. Never abstract theory.
